Knob: (One color only) Set-up charge $45(V).  Re-order set-up charge $20(V).
4 Color Imprint: (Bottle Only) Set-up charge $95(V) and add $.55(T) running charge.  Re-order set-up charge $45(V) and add $.55(T) running charge. $30(V) charge for less than min.
